Roxie H. Chisholm, APRN, FNP, specializes in treating chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia, in addition to other medical problems. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, and received a master's degree in nursing from Walden University as an advanced practice registered nurse. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner. Chisholm knows education is important for providing care to her patients, and she tries to be a positive social change agent in the world of health care by precepting and teaching students.
