Located only a block from where Main Street intersects the railroad tracks, Lowcountry Monuments provides a warm and welcoming setting for those trying to find the best way to memorialize their loved ones. Kenny Dyal has worked as a monument sculptor since his father's business opened in 1973, and he's been in business for himself since 1988, opening Lowcountry Monuments in 2005. Lowcountry works in granite, marble, bronze, aluminum and even slate, creating custom monuments and plaques for each client, rather than selling straight from a catalog.
