David B. Fulton, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his internship and residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis and completed a fellowship in hand surgery and shoulder surgery at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center/Cincinnati Hand Surgery Specialists in Cincinnati. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a certificate of added qualifications for hand surgery and is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
