I would give -5 stars if I could. Requested roadside assistance and they were supposed to be to me within an hour. Waited over 1.5 hours and checked the app which said the service was completed....

Accepted roadside assistance for a vehicle 20 minutes away...2 hours later they keep saying ETA is 30 minutes....at this point change name from Jack Rabbit to Jack A$$
