A Lady by the name of Joyce Russ had worked in the industry for over a Decade. She found herself at crossroads. She had been working for people that did not have her same morales, values, work ethic , honesty and commitment for her Customers! In 2000 she teamed up with her Daughter. They put a business plan together and opened up
