Emily has a passion for working with adult populations regarding struggles such as depression, anxiety, life adjustments, low self-esteem, ADHD, and interpersonal concerns. She emphasizes the importance of giving clients a safe, trusting space where they can feel heard and receive support while navigating times of growth and exploration while using evidence-based practices. She also enjoys working with clients to instill hope and help them build a life worth living, whatever that means to them. Emily has also completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma treatment.
