At CrossFit Johns Island we provide a fitness program and support system unlike anything you will find in a traditional gym, boot camp or the popular fitness trends. We are a community! We train you using a methodology which is based on functional movements - movements you will need for your daily life, that have been around for as long as humans have been moving themselves and objects through space. Not only will you get stronger, leaner, fitter, faster, more agile and powerful, but you will do it all under the close supervision of quality coaches and within a fun atmosphere and supportive community. We are not just here to make you sweat (although there is plenty of that)-we are here to address your fitness and health as a whole. Our group classes are led by a certified and experienced coach, last an hour, and include warm up, skill and strength work, and conditioning.
