Caretaker Management Services, Inc. is a full-service landscape maintenance firm operating out of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Charles C. Williams, Jr. started the business in 1979 along with his father. He is a graduate of Clemson University and has many years of experience in the landscape maintenance industry. Fred Yannotti joined CMS in 1994 and brought many years of landscape maintenance experience with him. Both are licensed commercial pesticide applicators in South Carolina. We employ a full-time staff of uniformed landscape maintenance professionals to ensure that our work is done timely and correctly. We are licensed to do business in Rock Hill and carry Worker's Compensation as well as General Liability Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.
