We opened Brick Oven Pizza out of our desire to create original pizza "pies". Not wanting to settle for "fast food" pizza cooked on conveyor ovens, we decided to create brick oven pizza like our Italian grandparents used to make! We opened our own pizzeria and make pizza the old fashioned way, dough and sauce made from scratch and aged to perfection.

Chicken Parmesan was very good. Atmosphere was good. Servers were nice. Will definitely be going back.

Good prices and great food. Look forward to trying more. Staff is friendly and service was fast. They also have the best ranch ever!

Delicious pizza. Just opened, takes abit longer then the average place like dominos due to being cooking in a brick oven but totally worth it.
