We had small weekend counter at Workshop from August 2020 to June 2021. We opened our first brick & mortar location in West Ashley on July 6, 2022.
Specialties
We make bagels! We make traditional, hand rolled bagels. Our bagels are VEGAN -- we use agave in the dough, when we boil them, and we use a flax seed mixture to adhere our seeds. Our INSIDE-OUT Everything bagels have toasted seeds baked into the dough. And BABKA! Where can you get BABKA in the Lowcountry? We make it, usually in chocolate or cinnamon.
