40 Rutledge Avenue was built in 1900 by architect and State Senator Albert W Todd. The Belvedere B&B operated for 25 years under the late David Spell. With the arrival of the Wymans, Belvedere will once again be offering accommodations to the discerning house guests that will frequent Belvedere!
