it open in 1972, is a family business, with a old family recipe which has been pass down trough the generation's. we use no preservatives at all.
Specialties
We make our own Italian sausage, hot and sweet plus 5 flavored sausage's: garlic, rabbi ,fresh tomato/basil, roasted pepper, spinach. they all have cheese in them also&are in a sweet base. We also make our own breakfast sausage. We make liver in the winter months. We grind our own hamburger. We make braciolas, stuffed pork roast. and we have a very small amount of cold cut that we still sell,many macaroni products, canned tomato's plus an assortments of hard cheeses like provolone also many canned Italian food plus virgin olive oil & regular olive oil ect.
