I go here for the majority of my in-ground pool supplies because they are close by and staff is always super helpful and friendly. I have a salt water pool so it's a bit difficult to maintain....

Shockingly bad. Project timelines given mean nothing. Kindess and patience with them is ignored and you need heaps of both to deal with them. Replies take days, communication is awful. Clearly...
