The Outer Look is located in the Middletown Commons on Aquidneck Avenue, in the same group of offices as Newport Music Festival. It is a full-service hair salon. The staff recommend making an appointment with the stylist or technician you want servicing you, although they also take walk-ins. Men, women and children are all welcome.
