Newport Athletic Club is a full-service gym for Aquidneck Island. It has been open for more than 30 years and it has a large variety of equipment and fitness areas. The club has a large freeweight gym, and indoor/outdoor heated pool, basketball and volleyball courts, over 50 pieces of cardiovascular equipment and more. This club also offers nursery services, has a cafe located inside, as well as a Jacuzzi, steam and sauna and over 80 different kinds of exercise classes to choose from. Newport Athletic Club offers a free trial membership for new members as well.
