Rob Lubera is the owner of Lubera Plumbing. He graduated from New England Tech in 1997 with an associate's degree in Plumbing and Heating and obtained a certificate in Gas Technology and a certificate for Americas Builders and Contractors in pipe fitting. He worked as an apprentice for a large plumbing contractor in the Providence area for 8 years and then went out on his own after receiving his master license in plumbing and pipefitting (Master Plumber #2046 & Master Pipefitter #7572).
