History

The Greystone Lofts residential complex was formally know as The Worcester Textile Company in 1911. Urban Smart Growth (USG) acquired the property in February 2005. The lofts were completed in December of 2008, and since then been a thriving community. Greystone was recognized for the historic preservation and rehabilitation of a mill complex.

just no. if someone spills water in the apartment above yours, its all falling into your apartment. floors are also thin, you can hear everything in the apartments above and below.
