At the Radiant Christian Assembly of God, the Rev. Larry Mangone has been the pastor for nearly three decades. Radiant Christian also services a Portuguese-speaking congregation, which is led by the Rev. Bento Lopes. As a family-specific church, Radiant Christian offers many programs for youth members. For students in grades seven through 12, the church provides a youth group and a ministry of youth and young adults called "Encounter." For children, Radiant Christian offers nursery and children's church during Sunday morning worship.
