For the first 14 years, this establishment was owned by veteran groomer and animal lover Mr. Taylor. He then sold it to his sister-in-law, Judy Dalton, who has run the business for nearly 15 years. An expert in the field of grooming and pet care, Judy adores the animals she tends.
