HistoryI have been working in the human service business for 20 years. In the last ten years I have been working as a psychotherapist. I've contracted with a group practice for nine years before going out on my own. With sensitivity and compassion, I work with clients to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I provide individual therapy and private life coaching to women who are looking for support and guidance in dealing with life's challenges.
