Beach Real Estate was established in 2004 to answer the demand for a more full service vacation rental agency with better maintained and prepared rental homes, cleaned weekly by professional cleaners, and bed linens on all the beds, a unique level of service not offered at other establishments. Mary Stover and Nancy Pike are both licensed Real Estate Brokers, owners and operators of the agency, and both have years of Real Estate Sales experience. Beach Real Estate has brokered sales including the most exclusive properties on Block Island. We know the Island well, live on Block Island and are hands on for our Rental Property owners.
