Balfour Beatty Communities operates many housing communities across the United States; its Newport community features a great number of amenities and offers prospective residents five different neighborhoods to choose from, all located in close proximity to the U.S. Naval base. The duplex-style houses are available in a variety of floor plans, including two-, three- and four-bedroom varieties. The community features six community centers, two outdoor pools, community playgrounds, a tennis court, a soccer field, basketball courts and a baseball field.
