The Zen fitness 10 week challenge combines fitness classes, CrossFit, weight loss, nutrition counseling motivation and attitude into one program that will take you from where you are to where you know you can be. This is done thru group exercise classes that have a personal training feel. Each week your wok out includes muscle confusion exercise incorporating cardio, strength and flexibility training. The atmosphere is fun and friendly with everyone working at their own level. If you are a beginner just trying to get healthier or an athlete trying to get an edge this fitness boot camp class is for you.
