HistoryI started business back in 1968. Business has been in four different states. Moved to PA in 1991 but gradually there has been less activity since i am semi-retired and will only accept a limited amount of jobs per week. Customers still expect good quality work. Some homes and businesses have had work on their buildings for over 20 years.SpecialtiesI have been in the handyman business for over 40 years and know well 27 different trades. Customers like the fact they can trust me and not have to call three or five different contractors that charge way more than i do. I save commercial customers time, hassle and money. I hve not had any customers dissatisfied with my work or price. I do not advertise much. Most is word of mouth. Average cost per job ranges from $150 to $800. I do charge an industry standard house or business call fee like any contractor for an estimate because invariably it takes me hours to determine an exact quote visiting supply houses for material costs.
