History
In the past five years, I have worked for many different organizations teach Mindfulness, Mindfulness yoga and Enneagram workshops. In these organizations I held group lessons, and created different types of workshops depending upon the currents needs of the organization. I taught Mindfulness Yoga in University and wrote 6 books of Yoga. I then set up my own home stay retreat centre to help people develop a better quality of life at a deeper level. Meanwhile, I also set up and ran the mindfulness recovery community In my country of Thailand which helped people from all over the world. The Recovery Centre was always fully booked. I am currently living in the United States where I continue my work again. My business is at my own place, and I accept work and provide workshops for those in need.
