Heat trays actually burn paint off the walls, safety issue don't you think?

Just one corner of bathroom, all f them look the same.

Water leak from two winters ago, never repaired, and took two weeks for the roof repair.

Gap over my front door. In winter, you actually feel the wind enter the house. $150 electric bills.
