History
Our Director, Rebecca Michelin, joined the clinic in the summer of 2018 and the new management and staff have brought new life to the clinic. We are always looking for volunteers to help us care for over 2000 animals each year.
Specialties
A wildlife rehabilitation hospital specializing in care of injured and orphaned wild animals. The Wildlife Clinic at the Schuylkill Center holds federal and state permits for rehabilitating mammals, songbirds, and raptors. We do not have permits to accept rabies vector species (raccoons, foxes, bats, skunks, and groundhogs). As a wildlife hospital, we are unable to assist with capture and transportation of wildlife and rely on the kindness of the members of the public who find injured wildlife to bring them to us for care.
