Located in Limerick, Pa., the Western Center for Technical Studies, also known as WCTS, offers learning opportunities to students in grades 11 through 12. It provides a range of technical courses, such as allied health, auto collision, auto technology, auto collision, commercial arts, computer information systems, construction technology, cosmetology, culinary arts, early childhood education, electro-mechanical technology, health occupations, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, horticulture, metal technology and protective services. The center also conducts classes in English, math, science and social studies. It provides participation opportunities in various technology-related organizations, including For the Futures of Agriculture, Family Career and Community Leaders of America, Health Occupations Students of America, National Technical Honor Society and Skills USA.
