Stitching that I did not ask for...and has ruined my dress.

This dress wasn't even dirty when I dropped it off. Came back significantly worse and smells horrible.

This button was not stained when I dropped off my clothes, and they stitched closed my silk Theory blouse without asking??

I pointed out a very minor stain when I dropped this off. Somehow the stain is even more noticeable.
