By the end of 1975, 132 people with intellectual and physical disabilities, who transferred from Polk State Center, were receiving services through Citizen Care.SpecialtiesAt Partners For Quality (PFQ), we are committed to providing services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and to children and families who face behavioral health challenges.
