Founded in 1986, the Uncommon Individual Foundation is a nonprofit that promotes mentoring through 5 key programs: Entrepreneurship, Technology, Education, Media, & Corporate Mentoring. Our mission is to help our community achieve success through mentoring. UIF REC Studio is the newest addition to our resources, it's downtown Wayne, PA location officially opening its doors in 2019.
