Turkey Hill Brewing Co. Is located just off Interstate 80 Exit 236 on the property of The Inn At Turkey Hill in a renovated English Bank Barn. Serving up handcrafted brews and delicious food six days a week starting at 4:00. Head Brewer, Tim Plisiewicz, creates traditional beer styles with a knack for the occasional non-traditional brew to spice things up. There are 13 beers on tap featuring a combo of year-round and seasonal styles, including a Beer Engine for Cask Conditioned brews. Head Chef, Steve Bigger, meshes pub style eats with his own unique style utilizing local, organic, grass fed beef, produce, cheese and hand pressed meats. Every Friday-Saturday Bigger creates one of a kind Weekend Features highlighting seasonal ingredients, come early, they don't last long.
