Top Hat was started in 1980 by Marshall Peters. In 2007, after raising 7 kids, Barb took over the reigns allowing Marsh to act in a consulting role while he persued other interests. Barb and her amazing crew are intent on keeping Marshall's dream alive to provide the very best Chimney Sweep company in the Centre Region!

We do all major and minor repairs including relining - making your chimney safe and compliant with NFPA 211 Codes. We provide superb service as you can usually call the office and speak with the owner. Our sweeps are certified both in sweeping and inspecting and also they carry a certification in relining and repairing chimneys. Top Hat has also been cleaning Duct Work for over 20 years.
