HistoryThe many techniques involved in the deep tissue and Swedish wellness massages I provide has its roots in my training from the Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro Maine. I continue to learn more myofascial deep techniques to release deeper patterns of stress. Prior to graduating I attended a special 3 day training for pregnancy and postpartum massage. I have taught infant massage in hospital and community settings. Moving to Pennsylvania, I was fortunate to continue my work at the Honesdale Wellness Center where I now have my own full-time practice. Daytime, evening and weekends appointments available.
