Alisa Fava-Fasnacht joined the Farm-to-Table movement in 2004 when she made fresh ricotta from her cows' milk one morning. Over the next decade, her Emerald Valley Artisans cheese slowly built a regional following and turned into a full-time job. Alisa dreamed of running a market that offered the regions' best farm-to-table products and in November 2017, that dream became a reality with the opening of The Marketplace at Emerald Valley holiday pop-up shop. Seeing the local interest, Alisa decided to open The Marketplace year-round. You can purchase a wide variety of local food and beverages, including Emerald Valley Artisans cheeses, fresh vegetables, local wines and spirits, charcuterie, preserves, meats and more in our market!
