Being born into the business, a passion for the industry was instilled into me at a young age. I started in the appraisal business 10 years ago. I have performed over 5,000 appraisals in the local market. My father Bob Gaul who was both an appraiser and realtor for 25 years was my mentor in both appraising and real estate. Being an appraiser gives my real estate clients an advantage when it comes to price points and negotiating in the market place.
