Craig Mosmen and Mike Cassano decided it was time to open their first restaurant in 2003 shortly after graduating from The University of Delaware as close friends. Craig and Mike have focused primarily on providing their customers with a fresh and superior product. On one side of the menu they offer a thin-crust New York style pizza, combined with top quality tomato products and a sharp farmers cheese. On the other side of the menu they concentrate on offering a large variety of customizable salads and sandwiches, all made to order with a unique variety of freshly prepared toppings and homemade dressings. By limiting the menu they are able to put added effort into the endless goal of perfection.
