Since 1997, Dr. Silberman has provided veterinary care for the over 5000 rescue animals at Diane's Discount Pet Supplies and Adoption Center which was founded and is run by his wife, Diane. We were constantly hearing about the incredible cost of veterinary care and of the many folks who are too often forced to choose between paying the rent or paying the vet. The Affordable Spay Neuter Clinic was therefore established in 2008 to provide low cost sterilization services and medical care in our region. We have treated or operated on many thousands of patients to date and we plan to provide this service until all the shelters are empty.

ASNC exists to bring veterinary care and surgery to the 40% of pet owners who can no longer afford local animal hospitals due to the ever increasing cost. We have performed over 16 thousand surgeries since 2008 at our clinic have seen over 5000 patients in our examination facility.
