I was classically trained as a chef, Graduating from SUAN DUSIT UNIVERSITY in Bangkok Thailand. Since I was a little girl I always
enjoyed cooking with my mother. She taught me many of the family recipes that were handed down for generations that I serve to my customers. After working at several local restaurants I was able to open a food concession at the Pocono Bazaar Flea Market. The response by my customers was overwhelming. I was asked constantly when I was going to open a restaurant. And as they say "the rest is history".
