In this eleven-week program, our registered dietitians work closely with parents to teach children to maintain a healthy weight, have confidence in their food choices, and make lifestyle changes that will keep their bodies healthy for life. Class includes child-friendly activities in an upbeat, supportive environment and a one-on-one session with the dietitian. -Adult Create Your Weight Adult Create Your Weight is an adult weight management program developed by registered dietitians utilizing evidence-based research and guidelines from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. This twelve-week program will help you to improve your eating habits, lifestyle, and physical activity in order to meet your weight management goals. Class includes “The Appetite Awareness Workbook” and a one-on-one session with the dietitian. Personalized Strategies for healthful living Some of the most serious health conditions – obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease – can be prevented or managed through simple lifestyle changes and healthier habits.
