The Sikh Society of Harrisburg (SSOH) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2008 by the Sikh Punjabi community in Enola, PA. Their mission is to bring the Sikh Punjabi community together by building a Gurudwara Temple, a place of worship, and to promote knowledge sharing sessions, interfaith dialogue, and the celebration of religious and cultural festivals.
With the support of around 100 families, SSOH has made significant progress in their Gurudwara project, overcoming various obstacles and obtaining the necessary permits. They are currently in the critical phase of starting the building construction and are seeking generous donations to raise $500,000 to successfully complete the project. Every contribution, regardless of size, is highly appreciated and will go towards the building fund.
