The owner Cathy Blair has been doing hair for over thirty years and opened Rocker Head 21 years ago to have a safe haven for musicians to come and feel comfortable having their hair done when she returned from California. Cathy took advanced hair cutting class's ,corrective and creative hair coloring while in California.Cathy is licensed in Barbering as well as Cosmetology, she was one off the first female barbers licensed in Philadelphia and has trained many Hair Stylists in the art of clipper cutting in Philadelphia.
