Specialties
I practice law in the tax and trusts and estate practice areas and have for over 35 years. I used to be with IRS Chief Counsel's Office in Washington, D.C., where I wrote private letter rulings and technical advice memoranda on estate and gift tax issues. I have written about a dozen articles in national journals and given 5-10 continuing legal education courses for lawyers. In estate administration cases, I charge by the hour, not on a percentage basis, and this usually saves clients about 50%.
