Kitchen ceiling. 10 months of leaking from the apartment upstairs. 2 broken pipes.

Bathroom ceiling the second of 3 times it leaked. 3rd time they scraped off some paint and painted the wet walls.

Craigslist shows a fully furnished lobby with sofa, tables, and a leopard print chair. This is what it really looks like.

They tried to fix the paint in the bathroom and left these stains in my bath tub.

Bathroom floor was filthy when I moved in.

Paint bubbled on the wall from a leak. Intrusive water, no heat, and black mold are all grounds to put rent in escrow.

If you rent, be aware you will hear nothing but party noise 24/7. Management will do nothing and the loud music is nonstop from people who know this is fine with the apartment managers.
