The place was full of the previous tenants belongings and layered with a thick amount of mouse poop when I moved in. It took weeks to clean.

my car that was broken into the week after I moved in. It was in a gated parking lot.

Trash constantly in every corner of that dump. And they charge for a common space maintenance but obviously don't do it.
