It's about a kid and her dreams~ We all have a dream - mine has always been to make my food from a food truck. No limits, just an empty canvas to fill with my cuisine creations. I am currently dual-enrolled at Juniata College / New Day Charter and the Huntingdon County Career and Technical Center, and hope that I can raise enough money with this business to pay for a full enrollment in college. While money isn't what motivates me, it will help me get to the next level. Our family loves to be together and we are each others' rock. We stand by each other, thick and thin, which is why I am so glad they are all in with me on this! REBELZ is the core of what I'm about: making a food truck that creates new boundaries and expectations for what a 'food truck' really is! This is my shot. I will take it!
