Ramen. In its most traditional and valued meaning, refers to a steaming bowl of fresh Japanese noodles, folded neatly in a rich, well-concocted broth with a layer of harmonized toppings. Here at Ramen Bar, we're dedicated to using the same precise ramen-making procedures used in Hakata, south of Japan to bring you a traditional and deliciously fulfilling bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. Our broth comes from over 20 hours of pork bone boiling, using only the finest Berkshire pork bones, and a blend of our special sauces that brings out the broth's natural flavor. Fresh Hakata-style noodles are carefully folded into each bowl, with a blend of toppings that balance the body of noodles and broth.
