I've had 3 different storage units in different locations and I have to say the customer service I got from the jaymor rd location in Southampton by associate Ciara WAS by far the best experience....

Horrible horrible company all they seem to do every few months is continually raise your rate. I would suggest to people that are looking to rent a unit so not fall for the special price gimmick...

Be careful when selecting this location because in my opinion it's basically a bait and switch operation. In a 13 month span my storage unit has gone up twice from $250 to $400.

after 4 months public storage is raising my rate by $68 per month a 30% increase. this looks like a bait and switch.
