Pocono Dome is a state-of-the-art indoor field sport and total wellness facility serving Monroe, Carbon, Northampton and Lehigh County plus Northern New Jersey.Partnering with a major health care provider, Pocono Dome will also offer outpatient rehabilitation on specifically designed equipment plus a cushion 1/6 mile indoor track.This facility hosts leagues and teams of all ages, from preschool to seniors and everything in-between.All aspects of sports and performance training, certified corporate team building, mommy & me programs, toddler hand eye coordination and free lawn bowling for seniors are just some of our diverse programs.
