At Pittsburgh Martial Arts, we teach the traditional Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do and Self-defense Jiu-jitsu. Although the core of our curriculum is self-defense, we don't just teach kicking and punching. Our program focuses are: Self-Defense, Confidence, Discipline, Self-Control, Concentration, Flexibility, Weight Loss, Focus & Respect We offer classes 6 days a week with both morning and evening classes available. Our schedule includes separate classes for children, adults and families. Private one on one instruction is required for all new Tang Soo Do students prior to joining a group class.
